In my geography class at East Stroudsburg University, we were all assigned groups with a different culture for each of us. We are all on an expedition and we are finding out information about our culture. Each culture is so different, unique and so interesting to learn about. My culture is the Yakuts, and I am very excited to blog about it and hopefully teach you all a little something you didn't know! :)

Yakut World and cultural landscape
In the Yakut culture, the things they do the most include hunting, fishing, and reindeer herders. For the most part, as weird as it sounds, they do not worry so much about making money. The way that they live is differently than most cultures. They focus mostly on daily activities like hunting, fishing, and gathering crops to stay alive. They make most of their clothing themselves and hunt their our food.
